Description:
I. Purpose and Features:
The DO30-G+ Multi-functional Calibration Instrument is an intelligent AC and DC standard voltage and current calibrator (with AC output displaying true RMS values). The instrument features three display windows, allowing simultaneous display of actual output values, percentages, and the full-scale value of the tested meter. The output range can be set based on the full-scale value of the tested meter, and the corresponding step size can be selected according to the scale of the tested meter. Output adjustment can be controlled via keyboard (buttons) or potentiometer. It boasts digital display, error direct reading, wide range, fine division, high precision, good stability, and ease of use. It is suitable for calibration, inspection, and maintenance of 4.5-digit multimeters, various 0.2 and 0.5 class below pointer-type AC and DC voltage and current meters; it can also be used as a high-stability test power supply, paired with high-grade standard meters, to calibrate 0.1 class current and voltage meters.
II. Main Functions:
1. 5 1/2-digit LED digital display for output quantity, showing both actual value and percentage simultaneously.
2. Volume adjustment is controlled by the keyboard. The keyboard control ratios are 100%/N, 10%/N, 1%/N, and 0.1%/N (where N is 4, 5, 6, 10, or 15).
3. The external control regulator can remotely adjust the increase or decrease of the output volume. The regulator features both a keypad and a potentiometer configurations, allowing for any conversion.
4. AC and DC voltage output range: 0 to 1050V.
5. Output range for AC and DC current is 0 to 25A.
6. Offer four output frequencies: 50Hz, 60Hz (59.7Hz), 400Hz, and 1000Hz, with an oscillator ensuring accuracy and stability in frequency.
8. Overload protection with automatic shutdown and manual reset.
7. The 50Hz output can also be synchronized with the local power grid to minimize the beat frequency effect on the meter being tested.
9. Clamp Meters Measurement: Equipped with HG1000A standard coil, capable of measuring 0-1000A current with an error of ±0.3%.
