Description:
I. Purpose and Features:
The DO30-Q Clamp Meter Calibration Instrument is an intelligent AC and DC standard voltage and current calibration meter (with AC output displaying true RMS). The instrument features three display windows, allowing simultaneous display of the actual output value, percentage, and full-scale value of the tested meter. It can be set to adjust the instrument's output range based on the full-scale value of the tested meter and select the corresponding step size according to the tested meter's scale. Output adjustment can be done via keypad (button) control or potentiometer control. It boasts digital display, error direct reading, wide range, fine stepping, high precision, good stability, and ease of use. Suitable for calibration, inspection, and maintenance of 4.5-digit multimeters, various 0.2 and 0.5 class AC and DC ammeters and voltmeters; below 0.5 class AC and DC clamp meters; and can also be used as a high-stability test power supply, paired with high-grade standard meters to calibrate 0.1 class current and voltage meters.
II. Main Functions:
1. 5 1/2-digit LED digital display for output quantity, showing both actual value and percentage simultaneously.
2. The output quantity is controlled by the keyboard, which is divided into 100%/N, 10%/N, 1%/N, 0.1%/N (N represents 4, 5, 6, 10, 15).
3. The external control regulator can remotely control the increase or decrease of output volume. The regulator features both keyboard and potentiometer configurations, allowing for seamless switching.
4. AC/DC voltage output range: 0 to 1050V.
5. Output range for AC and DC current is 0 to 20A.
6. Offer four output frequencies: 50Hz, 60Hz (59.7Hz), 400Hz, and 1000Hz, with a crystal oscillator ensuring accuracy and stability of the frequency.
7. Overload protection with automatic shutdown and manual reset.
8. The 50Hz output can also be synchronized with the local power supply to minimize the impact of the frequency beat on the meter being tested.
9. Clamp Meter Measurement: Equipped with our factory-standard coil, capable of measuring 0-1000A current with an accuracy of ±0.3%.
