I. Pre-construction Preparation

II. Construction Key Points

YT thermal insulation material has an initial setting time of approximately 3 hours, with all processes completed in a single day. It can be bonded after 10 days.

Face tile installation15 days for coating finish. If the base wall is a concrete shear wall, it requires advance preparation.

Sky Interface Mortar Treatment (Roughening), gaps between different wall materials require mesh reinforcement (glass).

Fiberglass or galvanized steel wire mesh is used to alleviate the stress variations caused by different thermal expansion and contraction coefficients of the basic wall materials.

Impact on Insulation.
