Preparation for Construction

Apply YT thermal insulation material; surface treatment with spattered slurry is also required for building beams and columns.

6. Before construction, it is necessary to make gray cakes, notches, reinforcing or hanging line treatments on the wall. Discover the concavity of the base surface.

If there is an error greater than 1.5 centimeters, level it with cement mortar, roughen it up before proceeding with the construction.

To ensure optimal adhesion between the thermal insulation material and the substrate, the application must be firmly compacted throughout.

Thickness should be controlled at around 10mm. Apply the material again when the moisture content of the first application drops by about 50%, and continue until the desired thickness is achieved. When doing the tile facing, use a tool to compact and roughen the surface. For the applied facing,

9. When applying thermal insulation adhesive bricks, if mesh fabric is used, it must be paired with anti-crack mortar, strictly.

10. During the application of YT thermal insulation materials, minimize back-and-forth rubbing and instead, directly apply pressure to achieve better results.

11. Ensure product protection: For freshly finished walls, avoid rain soaking and collisions to maintain the integrity of the work.

The construction site is well-ventilated and dry. It is essential to clean the construction tools and mixers promptly after each job to prevent any impact.
