2. Winding Equipment Installation: On-site winding utilizes vertical winding equipment, with a modular core mold assembly, equipped with a spray gun. The entire winding process is controlled by a computer according to programmed settings.

Mold Installation: The molds for the wrapping equipment are mounted with upper and lower support rings on the mold mountain, with vertical reinforcing ribs in the middle, covered with a layer of three-ply board and another layer of five-ply board. A polyethylene film is then wrapped over the surface.

4. Installation and alignment of the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank's roof with the mold.

5. The center of the drum top is pre-drilled for hoisting holes. The prefabricated drum top is lifted into place on the assembled mold using a crane, adhering strictly to hoisting specifications during installation. The mating of the drum top with the drum body must be tight. The wooden斜接 used in the drum body mold is cut according to the shape of the drum top to ensure a secure fit.
