1. The glass fiber reinforced plastic container structure consists of a corrosion and leakage-proof inner lining, an enhanced structural layer, and an exterior anti-aging layer. It ensures both excellent resistance to medium corrosion and sufficient physical and mechanical properties to meet filling requirements. Utilizing high-tension glass fiber, multi-layer, multi-angle wrapping, and encapsulated heads, it meets the storage, transfer, and production needs for organic, inorganic solvents, and media with chemical and electrochemical corrosiveness. It also satisfies the requirements for non-electrolyte fluid transfer, conveyance, and static electricity elimination, as well as the mechanical requirements for resistance to various support shearing and burial loads.

2. High design flexibility and excellent tank wall structural performance. The fiber-wound glass fiber reinforced plastic can adjust the physical and chemical properties of the storage tank to accommodate different media and working conditions by altering the resin system or reinforcing materials. By designing the structural layer thickness, winding angle, and wall thickness structure, the tank's load-bearing capacity can be adjusted to suit different pressure ratings, volume sizes, and specific performance requirements of glass fiber reinforced plastic tanks, which cannot be matched by isotropic metal materials.

3. Corrosion-resistant, leak-proof, and weather-resistant. Glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP) possess unique corrosion resistance, demonstrating superior properties compared to other materials when storing corrosive media. It can withstand a variety of acids, bases, salts, and organic solvents.

4. Possesses excellent mechanical and physical properties. The material density of the glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank products is between 1.8~2.1 g/cm³, which is about 1/4~1/5 of steel. It uses glass fiber winding with a diameter of 7~17 μm, reducing the incidence of microcracks in the fibers and achieving equal strength. This molding method allows for a fiber content as high as 80%, with a specific strength exceeding steel, cast iron, and plastics. The coefficient of thermal expansion is roughly equivalent to that of steel, while the thermal conductivity is only 0.5% of steel.
