Weekly, we clean debris from the track and cart surfaces; monthly, we check for loose bolts on the suspension system and test safety devices such as overload protection and limit switches; every three months, we apply lubricant to the track interfaces and cart wheels; biannually, we inspect the wear on hooks and chains, and replace them promptly if hooks have cracks or chains show more than 10% wear. The maintenance costs are low, the track system requires minimal upkeep, and most parts are standard, making them easy to purchase and replace individually without the need for entire component replacements.
