DSN (NJD) Type Low-Speed Heavy-Duty Ratchet Retarder effectively prevents material from reversing or sliding due to gravity; during the ratchet condition, the entire drive unit remains unloaded, allowing for maintenance and replacement of motor, reducer, and other drive components without affecting them. It offers reliable safety protection against reverse accidents caused by drive system damage. The ratchet is used for reverse protection in large inclined belt conveyors, bucket elevators, and scraper conveyors; other equipment should refer to this for usage.
