Single-Row Thrust Needle Roller Bearings

The stamped outer ring needle roller clutch, commonly known as a one-way bearing or one-way needle roller bearing, is a thin-walled outer ring, cage, spring plate, and needle roller assembly designed for single-directional movement. It can be used as a converter, check valve, or overrunning clutch and is widely applied in transmission components requiring a one-way stop function, such as fitness equipment, counting machines, washing machines, fishing gear, toy cars, etc.
Press-fit outer ring needle roller clutch (unidirectional bearing) can be used as a converter, check valve, or overrunning clutch. HF (needle roller clutch): Composed of a press-fit outer ring and a plastic retainer; the retainer can be fitted with plastic leaf springs or stainless steel leaf springs to guide the needles. The inclined raceway on the outer ring and the needles serve as the locking mechanism. HFL (clutch and bearing assembly): The support bearing is mounted on both sides of the needle roller clutch and withstands radial loads; the needle and plastic retainer assembly serves as the support bearing.
