B200 Single-Direction Clutch

The B200 series is a one-way clutch with no inner ring and bearing support. The radial dimensions are the same as standard bearing dimensions. It requires bearing installation for use to ensure concentricity between the shaft and the clutch outer ring, and to bear axial and radial loads. Lubricant must be added during use. The CK-D series is metric, while the B-200 series is in imperial units.
The outer ring is installed with keyways on the machine wall. The wedges directly fit with the installed bearings, with an installation shaft tolerance of h7, a cylinderity of 0.01mm, and a hardness of HRC56-60.
This series is commonly used on packaging machines, bag-making machines, corrugated paper production lines, reducers, hoists, and other types of mechanical equipment.
