    1. Construction of anti-float anchor rods


    For approximately 2,800 anti-floating anchors, it is essential to promptly set different anchor lines based on varying geological conditions. This involves anchoring at depths of Φ130 for mountainous strata with floating anchors, ensuring the bottom hole depth is greater than the expected depth of the hole, with an accurate size of about 200mm to fully guarantee the powder within the hole reaches an adequate age range for export. Two notable issues arise below this design during the drilling process: 1) When the hole collapses, the method is to use an inner diameter larger than Φ130 of the steel liner, and 2) when a soft intermediate layer forms, the drilling tube should be raised quickly and a plastic tube with an inner diameter smaller than Φ130 and larger than Φ80 should be promptly inserted, with the length of the plastic tube extending through the intermediate layer. After the pillar is in place, the plastic tube is slowly withdrawn.


    Prior to grouting, the mouthpiece must be placed about 200mm from the bottom of the hole; during rinsing, gradually remove the mouthpiece after the slurry passes through the hole, continue rinsing until there are no shrinkage holes inside; once the steps are successfully completed, the reinforcing piece must be promptly inserted into the hole quickly, and the top of the anchor rod must be effectively treated for corrosion resistance.

    2. Floating Anchor Bolt Inspection Test


    In accordance with the basic standards of building foundation planning, we meticulously checked the number of bolts, which accounted for 5% of the total. This resulted in the identification of 151 anti-float bolts. According to the initially established basic plan, the test loads for fully weathered calcareous slate anchors, moderately weathered calcareous slate anchors, and strongly weathered calcareous slate anchors were 250, 300, and 280 kn, respectively. The results from the basic tests indicate that the bearing capacity of all the anchors used in the tests effectively meets the original planned requirements.
