    Currently, with the vigorous development of high-rise residential buildings and the acceleration of urbanization requirements, an increasing number of construction projects are opting for bored pile foundations. Bored pile grouting construction offers advantages such as adaptability to various geological conditions, significant variations in pile diameter and length, low noise, and minimal vibration. Due to factors like sediment at the pile bottom and mud on the pile side, the quality of bored piles has improved; the soil within the pile has relaxed and is continuously settling back. Traditional construction techniques play a significant role in determining pile quality, with individual pile bearing capacity being unstable and the cost of the foundation relatively high.


    In order to enhance the load-bearing capacity of each chimney, it is essential to consider cost-saving measures in engineering construction and reduce the dispersion of chimney quality. The post-refining technology for drilling fat has gradually gained application and popularity, widely recognized for its effectiveness in increasing the load-bearing capacity of vertical piles and reducing sedimentation. The drilling coal silo technology is particularly suitable for highly porous areas with good diffusion properties and abundant soft soil or gravel, as this can significantly enhance the strength of the piles.


    Drilling and Grouting Construction


    Post-grouting bored pile technique involves injecting high-pressure cement slurry into the design silver-toned jet pipes after the predetermined hole storage strength is achieved. The drilling technology penetrates the ground around the loose pile with mud, thus producing concrete. As the cement soil accumulates, it continuously infiltrates the top bearing layer of the storage, softening it due to the mud pressure. This increases the bearing area at the pile end and also expands the bored cast-in-situ pile.


    The drilling grouting engineer concluded: When the permeability of the cement slurry is restricted by the surrounding dense soil layer, its pressure continually increases. As a result, the sediment at the pile bottom and the bearing layer at the pile top can be effectively consolidated or compacted, improving the connection between the pile and soil, the bearing capacity around the pile, and the uneven settlement of the foundation.
