It exhibits stronger compatibility, work flexibility, and interpermeability with rural substrates. The grouting material is zero-pollution, aging-resistant, and has excellent performance. During its application, it does not easily emit harmful substances that pollute the environment, and it does not become brittle or weather easily without grouting, offering good performance. The grouting process is simple and straightforward. After the grouting of the equipment foundation is completed, it is advisable to cut a 45° angle along the edge of the bottom plate after the grouting material has started to set. If edge trimming is not possible, the surface of the grouting layer should be smoothed with a bread knife after it has started to set. How to address the challenges of summer grouting material construction? During summer construction, grouting often occurs on-site during the grouting process, and not after the wind turbine grouting is completed, which may pose the risk of "eating construction joints." High summer temperatures and rapid moisture evaporation can easily lead to a concrete water-cement ratio imbalance. Therefore, it is recommended to grout and mix as much material as needed, and immediately proceed with the grouting work after mixing. This ensures both construction quality and prevents damage due to insufficient fluidity.
