Grouting material is composed of high-strength aggregates, cement as the binder, and supplemented with substances for high fluidity, slight expansion, and anti-segregation. It is ready for use after adding a certain amount of water during construction, mixing it thoroughly. It features good self-leveling, rapid hardening, early strength, high strength, no shrinkage, slight expansion; it is non-toxic, harmless, non-aging, and does not pollute water quality or the surrounding environment. It also has good self-sealing properties and anti-corrosion characteristics. It offers advantages such as reliable quality, cost reduction, shortened construction time, and ease of use for the construction party. It fundamentally alters the load-bearing conditions of the equipment base, allowing it to uniformly bear the full load of the equipment, thereby meeting the installation requirements of various mechanical and electrical equipment (such as heavy-duty high-precision grinding machines). Formula for separating during mixing of grouting material with slurry
Before construction, strict control over the grout and mud slurry is essential. The water-to-cement ratio should be related to the normal use of the product and its performance. The mixing ratio of grout to water is generally between 13.5-14, and the water volume should be controlled according to the width, length, and grouting layer of the product. Generally, adding less water results in better fluidity, lower strength. However, it is also necessary to add water according to this standard.
The mixture ratio for slurry is generally 0.28. This ratio is insufficient to control the grouting material. It is recommended that construction companies prepare the required tools and establish an accurate ratio before mixing.
