Wind Turbine Grouting Material Packaging and Storage
1. Wind power grouting material is packaged in pearl film composite woven bags, 50kg per bag.
2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse; do not expose to rain.
3. Valid storage period is 6 months from the date of production.

Grouting material for wind power connects with the capillary vessels of the original concrete, allowing the concrete colloidal solution to interpenetrate, creating a self-healing effect for the surface. It has better compatibility, work flexibility, and permeability with rural foundations. The grouting material is zero-pollution, aging-resistant, and has good performance. It is unlikely to emit harmful substances during application and remains durable without grouting, preventing weathering and has good performance. The construction process is simple and straightforward. After the grouting of the equipment foundation is complete, it is recommended to cut a 45° angle along the edge of the base after the grout has started to set. If edge treatment cannot be performed, the surface of the grout layer should be smoothed with a bread knife after the initial setting. For the renovation and reinforcement grouting of reinforced concrete, the surface of the concrete should be fully prepared with epoxy grout material.

Wind turbine grouting material, commonly packed and stored using common anchor bolt methods: The grouting material is supplied in 50kg bags, stored in a naturally ventilated and dry place, and protected from direct sunlight. For longer machinery or track grouting, segmental construction should be used. If water leakage is detected on the surface during the grouting process, sprinkle a small amount of CGM dry wind power granular material to absorb the moisture. The parts to be removed after the equipment foundation grouting is completed should be addressed before the grouting layer has fully set. Throughout the grouting process until demolding, prevent the grouting layer from being shaken or impacted to avoid damaging the unset grout. Application range: Cement self-leveling, non-shrinkage, micro-grouting material expansion, high strength, early-strength grouting material. In summer, high temperatures and dryness on the construction site often lead to many unnecessary inconveniences, such as rapid moisture evaporation, resulting in insufficient grout fluidity, inadequate compaction, insufficient compressive strength, or numerous construction difficulties due to poor maintenance, which can greatly harm the construction. How to address the challenges of summer grouting material construction? During summer construction, the grouting material is often used on-site during grouting, but not after the wind turbine grouting is completed, which may pose the risk of "eating construction joints." High summer temperatures and rapid moisture evaporation can easily lead to an imbalance in the water-cement ratio of concrete. Therefore, it is recommended to grout and mix as needed, and immediately start the grouting work after mixing, ensuring both construction quality and preventing damage due to insufficient fluidity.
