Wind Turbine Grouting Material Application Method
1. Base Surface: Roughen concrete surface, blow out dust or sand from bolt holes, and clean metal surfaces of grease or rust. Pre-soak the concrete base surface with clean water, ensuring no standing water on the concrete base during grouting.
2. Preferably use mechanical mixing. Start by adding 2/3 of the water and mix for 3 minutes, then add the remaining 1/3 water and mix until a smooth and uniform consistency is achieved.
3. Water-to-material ratio: 12.5%
4. Grouting for wind turbine foundations should commence from one side and continue until the other side overflows, without simultaneously grouting from both opposite sides. Once the grouting begins, it must be carried out continuously; the presence of ash may reduce the grouting time.
5. After grouting, immediate watering and maintenance should be conducted, and cover with wet straw bags or plastic film. The maintenance period should not be less than 3 days.

Wind Turbine Grouting Material Precautions
1. This product is designed for use in temperatures ranging from 5 to 30°C. Condensation times may be shortened or delayed outside these temperature limits. For winter construction precautions, please consult the manufacturer.
2. This material must not be mixed with any other cement, and no admixtures may be added.
3. After mixing this material with pulp, use it promptly. Do not re-mix with water once it loses its fluidity.

Wind Turbine Grouting Material, free of substances like strings, benzene derivatives, indoor use, and excessive heavy metals, is non-toxic, odorless, zero-pollution, and flame-retardant. It can be transported as general cargo. The initial plastic grouting material's deformation due to wind-induced shrinkage and the resulting micro-cracks in plastic deformation decide the formation and crack resistance of the gaps in the later stages. For large-scale outdoor prefabricated components, after the concrete is poured with self-leveling cement grouting material, it is subjected to long-term wind and direct sunlight exposure, causing temperature and humidity changes in the grouting material. This leads to the transformation of moisture in the grouting material, resulting in shrinkage due to water loss. The drying out related to air humidity is called desiccation, and the one related to environmental temperature is called temperature desiccation. Dry shrinkage causes the grouting material to set and shrink in volume due to unnecessary moisture evaporation.
