The Sikafill grouting should comply with the following requirements during construction:
1. The slurry should be poured from one side until it overflows from the other, to facilitate the expulsion of air between the equipment base and the concrete foundation, ensuring the grouting is full and solid. Grouting from all four sides simultaneously is not allowed.
2. Once the grouting begins, it must be completed within the specified time frame; do not use any lumps.
3. Do not vibrate during the grouting process; if necessary, use bamboo strips or similar for pulling and guiding the flow.
4. Each layer of grouting should not exceed 100mm.
5. Grouting for longer equipment or track foundations should be done in sections. The recommended length for each section is 10 meters.
6. When the amount of grout for the equipment foundation is substantial, mechanical mixing should be used to ensure proper grouting construction.
