First, adjust the liquid level, then place the sample on the workbench. Use a spring plate to apply pressure, and adjust the droplet quantity with a micro-sampling device to form droplets. Rotate the knob to raise the workbench, allowing the sample surface to touch the droplet. Then lower the workbench, leaving the droplet on the sample.
