Summary

The JXGY-10 Static Hydraulic Burst Tester is suitable for measuring the hydraulic burst and the heat-resistant time under long-term constant pressure for various plastic pipe materials used in fluid conveyance. It is an essential testing instrument for scientific research institutions, quality inspection departments, and pipe manufacturers.

The hydrostatic pressure testing machine utilizes an embedded PC (hereinafter referred to as the PC) for central cluster control. Each channel is a module.

Each module is equipped with a microcomputer to receive control instructions from an embedded PC, enabling control. It continuously feeds back control information to the PC via a serial bus, where the PC completes the collection and storage of test data. It features functions such as pipe break identification, real-time monitoring, call data recovery, printing, storage of test results, and sample pretreatment settings.
