Product Overview

The feed mixer is primarily composed of three major parts: the drum, the swinging frame, and the machine frame. The drum is mounted on the swinging frame, supported by four roller wheels and axially positioned by two stop wheels. Among the four support roller wheels, two drive wheels are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swinging frame is driven by a set of crank linkage mechanisms, which are mounted on the machine frame. The swinging frame is supported on the machine frame by a bearing assembly. The feed mixer is widely used in industries such as chemicals, food, dyes, feed, and fertilizers, particularly suitable for mixing large-tonnage (1000L to 10000L) powdery and granular materials.

Feeding mixer equipment features
The drum of the feed mixer can perform two movements simultaneously, one being the drum's self-rotation, and the other the drum's swinging with the swing frame. As the mixed materials rotate, flip, and mix within the drum, they also undergo a back-and-forth mixing motion due to the drum's swinging. With the combined effect of these two movements, the materials achieve thorough mixing in a short period. The discharge of the mixing drum features spiral blades, enabling the mixer to mix quickly, handle large volumes, and be convenient to produce. The EYH two-dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing all powdered and granular materials. Our improved equipment uses dual-armed transmission, which is more stable than single-armed transmission. The dual-armed transmission for extra-large tonnage mixers shows a more pronounced effect.
