Product Overview
Product PrincipleThis spray drying atomizer operates by the mechanism where the feed liquid is ejected from the rim of the high-speed rotating disc (circumferential speed of 90-160 m/s) under the force of centrifugal force and atomized. The entire system dries the material using a hot air medium in an open recirculation mode and a concurrent flow of material.
It features the following:
Due to the larger surface area of the fog droplet group, the drying time required is short.
2. Fine particle size (80-200 mesh), excellent flowability.
3. High operational flexibility.
4. At air temperatures above 150°C, the thermal efficiency is higher than other atomizers.
5. Factory requirements are not stringent.
