Product Introduction

       Bakelite, a decorative color paper impregnated with melamine resin, combined with multiple layers of black or brown kraft paper impregnated with phenolic or urea-formaldehyde resin, is then pressed under high temperature (150 degrees) and high pressure (1430 psi) using steel plates. The thickness can be adjusted by the number of kraft paper layers, ranging from 0.6mm to 25mm.

       It is a high-pressure decorative board with a through-core structure. The surface color paper layer not only caters to a variety of color and pattern options but also meets decorative needs for "glossy, velvet, starry, diamond checker, square checker, and flying snow meteor" finishes.

       Bebond board, depending on its surface color paper layer, can meet a variety of color choices and decorative needs for single-sided or double-sided applications. Therefore, it serves as a decorative material. Additionally, with a thicker thickness than traditional fire-resistant boards, it boasts characteristics of strength, impact resistance, water resistance, and moisture resistance, making it suitable for structural materials as well. It can be directly drilled, struck, sanded, shaped, and cut using standard carbon steel alloy tools. It can also be cut into any required shape using CNC machinery to accommodate actual needs, and it can be beveled and drilled. It is truly a material that combines practicality and decoration.

       AquaBoard is designed for indoor horizontal and vertical surfaces, featuring robustness, impact resistance, waterproofing, and moisture resistance.

Advantages Introduction

       Hardboard is a high-strength flat sheet made by high-pressure polymerization of wood fibers and thermosetting resins. It features an integrated colored resin decorative surface formed through special technology, suitable not only for indoor decoration but particularly for various outdoor facilities.

       Any exterior wall material's archenemy is prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, humidity, and temperature fluctuations. Compact Board, however, boasts weather resistance, unaffected by sun, rain, wind erosion, or humidity on its surface; rapid temperature changes do not alter its appearance or properties. Compact Board has a high modulus of elasticity, tensile strength, and bending strength, providing excellent impact resistance. Its high-density core material offers a high anchor pull-out strength, crucial for materials installed with bolts or inserts. Compact Board is flame-retardant, does not melt, drip, or explode; European authorities classify it in the highest flame-retardant category for organic materials, and it does not release toxic or corrosive gases. It maintains stability over long periods, has self-cleaning properties, is dense and does not attract dust, and is easy to clean—simply with rainwater. Generally, facades require cleaning once a year, but Compact Board facades need to be cleaned every 3 to 4 years, and can be cleaned with organic solvents without affecting the color.

       Bakelite board boasts excellent properties such as stability, durability, water resistance, moisture resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, drug resistance, wear resistance, shock resistance, and ease of cleaning and maintenance. Consequently, its application range is extremely wide, and it can be roughly divided into three types:

       1. Indoor Type -- Due to its wear-resistant, fire-retardant, anti-bacterial, and anti-static properties, HPL is extensively used in counters and interior walls of banking and airport systems, public shower rooms and restroom partitions, windbreak walls and benches at train stations, school desks and chairs, dining tables and wardrobe racks in canteens, etc.

       2. Outdoor Type -- Corrugated Batten is available in 3 series: solid color, natural color, and metallic color. The vibrant colors are beautiful and durable, commonly used for exterior walls of public facilities, balconies, and various facilities with high foot traffic.

       3. Laboratory Type -- Due to its exceptional resistance, Corian board is suitable for facilities such as physical, chemical, biochemical laboratories, and clinical practice rooms, as well as for workstations in research institutions and communication rooms.

       HPL boards have a wide range of applications, including kitchen countertops, washbasin countertops, dining tables, desks, door panels, and even bathroom partitions, washstands, reception counters, storage cabinets, ceilings, office desks, and office partitions in public spaces, all of which can be made from HPL boards.
