Product Introduction
The wall panels consist of two main parts: the surface material and the base, primarily made of high-pressure decorative board, composed of multiple sheets of high-quality imported kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin. The decorative paper is treated with special processes, and then formed through high temperature and pressure. They are waterproof, fireproof, shockproof, anti-bacterial, and easy to clean, with a 20-year warranty. The wall panels offer great value for money, are easy to process, and simple to install, making them widely used in schools, power plant control rooms, stations, airports, hotels, and cleanrooms in laboratories, among other locations.
Product Composition
1. Panel Material: The wall panel face material is composed of multiple high-quality imported kraft paper sheets impregnated with phenolic resin, supplemented with specially treated decorative colored paper. It is then pressed under a 150℃ high temperature and 1430psi high-pressure environment using etched steel plates, resulting in a one-piece molding after 58 minutes of dissolution and irreversible aging. Wall panels come in a rich variety of colors, such as plain lotus white, light maple wood grain, and over 3000 different patterns; the surface textures include matte, glossy, and satin finishes, among 20+ three-dimensional surface patterns, to meet various decorative needs; thickness options are flexible, with common sizes including 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, etc. (Manufacturable from 0.3mm to 30mm); wall panels are available in a complete range of sizes, with standard dimensions of 1220mm x 2440mm, 1310mm x 2800mm, 1220mm x 2440mm, etc.3050, available in sizes up to 1830mm x 4270mm. Styles include flat panels and curved non-standard shapes (such as corners, mitered edges, and flow channels, etc.), with various colors and special designs.
2. Base: Generally utilizes aluminum alloy extrusions, equipped with collision prevention systems, metal hooks, and special stainless steel screws. It can be directly mounted on rough walls, consisting of a vertical stud system and a horizontal stud system, offering robust collision resistance and adjustable features.

2. Waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-mold, and antimicrobial; both the two sides of the wall panel and the core material are treated with special thermosetting resins, unaffected by weather, mold, or corrosion.
3. Resistant to chemical corrosion; exhibits strong resistance to organic solvents like acetone and similar substances. The sheets are also tolerant to disinfectants and chemical cleaners, with no impact on surface quality or performance.
4. Surface wear and scratch resistance, as proven by the BSEN438-2/91 tests, is particularly suitable for high-frequency use areas such as offices, schools, and other public places.
5. Impact and shock resistance, featuring an integrated safety corner, the wall panel's shock resistance comes from its high elastic modulus, tensile strength, and bending strength. The homogeneous and high-density core material provides the wall panel with excellent anchor pull-out strength. This property is particularly important for panels that use bolt or plug-in invisible installation methods.
6. Fire resistance: Wall panels are available in two fire ratings, A and B, to meet actual requirements. The surface of the wall panels remains intact upon contact with burning cigarette butts, and the material will not catch fire or flake off. Compliant with BSEN438-2/91, the panels do not melt, drip, or explode when exposed to fire, maintaining stability for an extended period.
7. Anti-static, designed as an anti-static material for wall panels according to DIN 51-953 and DIN 53-482, catering to actual needs.
8. Radiation protection – Designed to be X-ray proof to meet actual requirements, the wall panels are also suitable for use in medical facilities.
9. Wall panels are easy to process, with simple assembly and fixation, offering stable dimensions and workability comparable to hardwood.
10. Wall panels are particularly easy to install, modify, and dismantle. The design of the wall panels features versatility and interchangeability, allowing for reuse.
11. Easy to clean with self-cleaning properties, low maintenance costs; the dense, poreless wall panel surface does not attract dust, making it easy to wash. Due to its excellent chemical resistance, it can be cleaned with common detergents or strong disinfectants, and organic solvents can also be used to remove writing marks without affecting the color of the material.
