Product Introduction

       Ice-Fire Board, commonly known as medical board or non-flammable board, is primarily composed of high-density quartz fiber, non-flammable fibers, and mixed with appropriate proportions of quartz sand and wood pulp as raw materials. The fire rating of the base material: A级 fire resistance, E0 environmental protection level.

 

Features

       Base Material Features: This product is an A-grade high-density, non-asbestos, non-flammable board with A1 fire rating, E0 environmental protection, no deformation, odorless, non-radioactive, and paint-free.

       2. Eco-friendly: Free of radioactive elements, made by high-temperature and high-pressure special production technology. Offers thousands of colors in various finishes such as wood grain, stone grain, solid color, and high-strength exterior panels, with surface embossed textures that can match the base patterns.

       3. Easy Installation: The construction and installation process is quick and convenient, making it a high-value decorative panel material.

       4. Non-flammable materials: Grade A non-asbestos based materials, non-flammable, are suitable for interior decoration fire-resistant areas.

       Size Stability: Low coefficient of thermal expansion, with minimal size change with temperature variations.

       6. Excellent Waterproofing: Passed water resistance tests, suitable for use in bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, and other damp areas.

       7. Excellent chemical resistance: Resists erosion from acids, alkalis, and other chemicals, resulting in good resistance to pollution.

       8. Dust-Free and Antimicrobial: The surface features a special polyester that is hard and wear-resistant, preventing dust accumulation. The smooth surface repels dust, and bacteria find it difficult to thrive. Products with a coated antimicrobial finish exhibit excellent antimicrobial properties.

       9. Sound & Heat Insulation: The product features low thermal conductivity, providing excellent heat insulation properties.
