Product Introduction

       Melamine board is manufactured by impregnating decorative paper with melamine and kraft paper with phenolic resin, followed by high-temperature and high-pressure processing. Depending on the surface color paper layer, it can meet various decorative needs for single or double-sided options.

       Bakelite (also known as Corian), derived from the well-known fire-retardant panel. Fire-retardant panels are typically single-sided decorative thin panels with a thickness under 2MM, whereas Bakelite is a thicker, usually double-sided panel with a thickness of 2MM or more, suitable for both decoration and structure.

       The surface treatments for MDF boards include over 60 types, such as textured (pearl velvet), matte, glossy, brushed, leather grain, sculpted, wire brushed, flower, and peony flower finishes.

       Thermoflex sheets offer versatile thickness options, commonly available in 12mm, with other sizes typically including 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 18mm, and custom sizes up to 30mm. This facilitates a wide range of solutions for customers.
