Product Description

       Non-flammable boards are composed of base plate, adhesive layer, and impregnated paper. The base plate is an asbestos-free fiber cement board, the impregnated paper is a decorative paper coated with an adhesive resin, and it is a board form made of wood materials. Non-flammable boards have waterproof and fire-resistant properties and can achieve a truly marble-like decorative effect. They are a green and environmentally friendly building material without asbestos fibers, primarily consisting of high-density quartz fibers, non-flammable fibers, mixed with appropriate proportions of quartz sand and wood pulp as raw materials. The fire rating of the base material is A级 fire-resistant and E0 environmental protection level.

       Eco-friendly and Healthy: Free from asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene, and harmful radioactive elements; non-toxic, odorless, and EO-grade environmental protection.

       Insulation and Energy Saving: With a thermal conductivity of 0.216 W/cm.k, it offers better insulation than grey sand brick blocks with a 1.1 W/cm.k thermal conductivity, thus saving more energy consumption.

Maintain and service

       Grade A non-flammable board surface can be cleaned with a regular damp cloth; for special stains, use a soft cleaning agent.

       Do not clean the surface with steel wool or abrasive materials.

       Do not scratch the surface with sharp, hard objects.

Handling and Storage

       Avoid scratches during handling; do not drag between the boards when lifting and lowering.

       During storage, be mindful of moisture prevention and place the materials in an indoor area shielded from direct sunlight and rain. Find a dry, level ground, place the materials flat on pallets, and then add a covering board larger than the finished product to press熏压, preventing warping or deformation of the top panels. Additionally, ensure the panels are not leaning against the wall.

The smooth surface also resists dust accumulation, and bacteria have difficulty thriving. Products coated with anti-bacterial paint exhibit excellent antibacterial properties.
