Product Introduction

       Hospital wall panels have been widely recognized for their advantages in medical facilities. The 8MM dry-hanging system is commonly used, while the 4MM adhesive type is easy to install and can be mounted directly on untreated walls. They are suitable for environments that are humid, require high cleanliness, and are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. The Antibead wall hanging system allows for easy disassembly, facilitating maintenance and repair of installed piping.

       The suspended wall panel system uses horizontal and vertical channels, fixed angle codes, and balanced sections to connect the wall and panels, ensuring durability. The wall system features horizontal adjustments in all three dimensions, allowing all pipes and electrical points to be directly accessed at your desired location. It can accommodate various equipment such as fire boxes, electrical control systems, and detection instruments within the wall, maintaining high cleanliness and aesthetics while conveniently providing hidden maintenance modules for easy periodic inspections.

       The adhesive wall panel system is composed of a surface of high-pressure decorative laminate and an aluminum profile framework system supported at the back, or it can be directly bonded using professional adhesive.

       2. Waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-mold, and anti-bacterial; both the wall panels and core materials are treated with special thermosetting resins, ensuring resistance to weather, mold, and corrosion.

       3. Resistant to chemical corrosion; exhibits strong resistance to organic solvents like acetone and similar substances. The sheets are also tolerant to disinfectants and chemical cleaning agents, with no impact on surface quality or performance.

       4. Surface wear and scratch resistance, as proven by the BSEN438-2/91 tests, is particularly suitable for high-frequency use areas such as offices, schools, hospitals, and other public places.

       5. Impact and shock resistance, featuring an integrated safety corner, the wall panel's shock resistance comes from its high elastic modulus, tensile strength, and bending strength. The homogeneous and high-density core material provides the wall panel with a high anchor bolt pull-out strength. This characteristic is particularly crucial for panels that utilize bolt or plug-in invisible installation methods.

       6. Fire resistance: The wall panels are available in two fire ratings, A and B, to meet specific customer requirements. The surface of the wall panels can withstand contact with burning cigarette butts without damage, and the panels will not catch fire or flake off. Compliant with BSEN438-2/91, they will not melt, drip, or explode when exposed to fire, maintaining stability for extended periods.

       7. Static-dissipative, designed as a static-dissipative material for wall panels, in accordance with DIN 51-953 and DIN 53-482, based on actual requirements.

       8. Radiation protection: Wall panels are designed to be X-ray proof, as per actual requirements.

       9. Wall panels are easy to process, simple to join and secure, offering the same dimensional stability and workability as hardwood.

       10. Wall panels are particularly easy to install, modify, and dismantle. The design of the wall panels features universality and interchangeability, allowing for repeated use.

       11. Easy to clean with self-cleaning properties, low maintenance costs; the dense, non-porous surface of the wall panels does not attract dust, making cleaning a breeze. Thanks to its excellent chemical resistance, it can be cleaned with regular detergents or strong disinfectants. Organic solvents can also be used to remove markings without affecting the color of the panels.
