Steel and wood laboratory table

Steel and wood laboratory table overview
A laboratory table made of steel and wood is referred to as a steel-wood laboratory table. The steel-wood structured laboratory table includes two types of structures: one is the C-frame...Rame type, one is H-fRame type. C-fRame-style structures are simple, versatile, and can be freely combined; H-style is dignified and generous with excellent load-bearing capabilities. C-fRame is available in suspended and push cabinet structures, which are easy to install and dismantle, and conducive to laboratory cleaning work; H-fRame's steel frame design ensures the lab table can support over 500kg, meeting the requirements for large, precise instruments.

1. The chemical and physical panel is made with 25mm thick environmentally friendly medium-density fiberboard (MDF) as the base material. The surface is bonded with a 0.9mm thick Chemsurf chemical and physical board that resists acids and alkalis. The edges of the countertop are sealed with a 2.0mm thick PVC to prevent water leakage, ensuring an attractive and smooth appearance.
2. Solid core melamine board is used with a thickness of 12.7mm, with the edges thickened to 25.4mm. The edges are rounded and polished for ergonomic design, featuring resistance to acids and alkalis, corrosion, impact, and high tensile strength.
3. The Thinks Board is made with 13mm thick TRESPA lab countertop panels, with the edges thickened to 26mm. The edges are rounded and polished for ergonomic design. It features anti-collision, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, easy cleaning, UV resistance, and static dissipation.
4. Epoxy resin boards are formed by a single molding process using epoxy resin, quartz sand, hardener, and pigment. They are resistant to high temperatures, offer 24-hour strong corrosion protection, are moisture-proof, and are repairable. They excel even more in the most extreme experimental conditions.
