Material Description for PP Lab Workbench
Overall corrosion-resistant, aesthetically pleasing, easy to disassemble, with a lifespan of over a decade typically, commonly used in various laboratories: pharmaceutical, food, semiconductor, metal, biological, electronic, and chemical laboratories.

Product Description
1. Standard Sizes: Central cabinet 3000*1500*800 (L*W*H/MM), side cabinet 3000*750*800 (L*W*H/MM); custom sizes available upon request.
2. Material: The base cabinet is made of white flame-retardant grade A PP (polypropylene) board that is resistant to strong acids and alkalis, chemicals, and impacts. The thickness is 8MM, decorated with the same color and quality welding wire melting treatment, with no sharp edges on the surface, and features resistance to strong acids, chemicals, impact resistance, and non-corrosion.
3. Countertop: Made of PP丙烯酸瓷白色 board, also available in options such as solid-core melamine board, epoxy resin board, ceramic board, etc., as per requirements.
4. Reagent Rack: Made of anti-corrosion PP polypropylene in white, 8mm material, professionally hand-welded with the same color welding rod.
5. The cabinet base features a "square tube structure" and "T" type structure at the corners, providing excellent load-bearing capacity.
6. Handle and Hinge: Made of PP injection molding, corrosion-resistant, available in blue, white, and gray colors.
7. Outlets: Safety outlets with dustproof, splashproof caps and a closing function, featuring a three-hole multi-functional socket module.
8. Door Bump: Made of solid PS plastic, one-piece molding, corrosion-resistant, with no metal components.
