Product Introduction

This product is specifically designed for laser tube cutting machines. It can serve as an independent rotating main shaft, featuring a chuck that securely holds the workpiece while allowing rotation. The quick clamping and release action is achieved through side rotation of the intake. To operate, the gas source must be disconnected. Once the base is securely mounted, simply attach the matching motor and gear, and connect to the compressed air source (0.2-0.9 Mpa) to clamp and rotate the workpiece.

Full travel chuck operation, no need to adjust the four-jaw position, capable of holding a wide range of fittings, enhancing production efficiency. The chuck features a fully enclosed structure, with superior stability and wear resistance. Equipped with cross roller bearings, it boasts a long service life, higher rotation accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy compared to traditional laser chucks, and offers greater clamping force relative to similar market products, thereby meeting the processing requirements for thin-walled fittings.

Usage and Features:

The development of the BK□□□SD series laser cutting double-power four-jaw chuck is a comprehensive integration of the features of our company's previous pneumatic chuck and other related pneumatic products. After multiple rounds of refining and selecting the best, it has been researched and designed. It boasts features such as simple structure, easy installation, strong applicability, clean and durable, reliable clamping, and long-lasting precision. It can help businesses improve operational efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and alleviate the labor intensity of employees. This product is suitable for professional pipe cutting machines, pipe plate integrated machines, and other chucking parts for various pipe components. It is ideal for cutting round, square, rectangular, and elliptical pipes. With slight modification to the chuck jaws, it can cut various shapes of pipe materials.

Usage Requirements:

1. Prior to daily operations, the operator should carefully check that the clamping screw of the gripper is securely fastened and that the air source pressure is normal. Please use clean, stable compressed air, with the air pressure controlled between 0.4～0.9 MPa. It is necessary to select a tube that can withstand a pressure greater than 1.6 MPa and connect it to the product. The tube should be kept away from heat sources and open flames; otherwise, it may affect usage and safety.

Production poses potential hazards.

2. During operation, the collet should be oiled and lubricated on all sliding and friction surfaces, strictly follow the instructions at each oiling point, regularly oil the tank of the three-piece assembly, and control the rate of dripping.

3. When adjusting the clamping jaws or roller of the chuck, install a nut seat on the slider and use a bolt for fine-tuning until it meets the usage requirements. After adjustment, perform a trial clamping, and only when the slider moves freely can it enter working condition.

4. Do not modify collets arbitrarily; improper modifications can damage the collets and prevent normal operation.

5. Do not continue to hold workpieces on the chuck if it has been unused for an extended period to prevent chuck deformation and affect accuracy.

6. Perform 2-3 cleaning sessions for the active parts weekly, carry out maintenance on the collet every 60 days, and inspect the wear of the components; replace parts as necessary.

7. When connecting the electrical control section, pay attention to the solenoid coil voltage and connect it to a power source with the appropriate voltage to prevent damage to the electrical equipment.

1. Under the condition of adhering to the product's transportation, storage, installation, adjustment, maintenance, and usage rules, should you find that the product fails to operate normally due to manufacturing defects or discover damage upon unpacking caused by poor packaging quality, discrepancies between accessories and the packing list, or missing parts, please contact our Quality Department within one month from the date of receipt. When sending the information, please specify the product model, specifications, serial number, and manufacturing date.

2. Products should be installed and used within an environment of 0℃ to 40℃.

3. Users are required to strictly follow the instructions in the manual for product installation and use. If you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please inform our Quality Department in writing.

Safety Usage Requirements:

1. The storage area for collets should implement effective rain and moisture prevention measures, and ensure good ventilation.

2. No stacking of packaging is allowed; regular inspections of packaging condition are required.

Read the installation instructions in detail before proceeding with the installation program.

4. Do not press the clamping or releasing button while the collet is operating; install a protective cover if necessary.

5. Turn off the power and gas supply when installing or removing the chuck.

6. The chuck should not exceed the specified maximum speed during operation.

7. Unauthorized dismantling of the main components of the chuck is prohibited for non-specialists.

8. No open flame or heat sources are permitted near the气管 installation area.
