Product Description

This product is specifically designed for laser tube cutting machines, serving as an independent rotating spindle with a chuck that securely clamps and rotates the workpiece. It features two built-in independent cylinders, one-way valves, and check valves, boasting a long-pressure holding function (over 8 hours). Fast clamping and release actions are achieved by rotating the intake on the side, and the unit can be operated only after the air supply is disconnected. After securing the base, simply install the matching motor and gear connection, and connect to the compressed air source (0.25-1.0 Mpa) to enable workpiece clamping and rotation. Primarily used for clamping and rotating workpieces.

Due to the longer part lengths processed by the cutting equipment, they are typically installed in pairs on the machine as the main chuck for the laser cutting head and its matching tail chuck. This product boasts a stable structure, capable of withstanding significant radial, axial, and overturning forces. It operates smoothly with high precision and low noise. It is lightweight with a small moment of inertia, significantly enhancing cutting efficiency and saving energy.

Application and Features:

The development of our full series laser cutting dual-power four-jaw chuck is a comprehensive integration of the features of our company's previous pneumatic collet and other related pneumatic products. It is designed after multiple rounds of refining and selecting the best. It boasts simple structure, easy installation, strong applicability, cleanliness, durability, reliable clamping, and long-lasting precision. It can improve operational efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and alleviate labor intensity for employees. This product is suitable for holding various pipe parts on professional pipe cutting machines and tube plate integrated machines, and is ideal for cutting round, square, rectangular, and elliptical pipes. With slight modification to the collet, it can cut pipes of various shapes.

Usage Requirements:

1. Prior to daily operations, the operator must ensure that the clamping screw is securely fastened and the air source pressure is normal. Please use clean, stable compressed air with a pressure between 0.4 to 0.9 MPa. A hose capable of withstanding a pressure greater than 1.6 MPa must be selected and connected to the product. The hose should be kept away from heat sources and open flames to avoid affecting operation and posing a safety hazard.

2. During use, the collet should be oiled and lubricated, and maintained on all sliding and friction surfaces, strictly following the instructions at each oiling point. Regularly oil the oil tank of the three-piece assembly and control the rate of dripping.

3. When adjusting the clamping jaws or roller of the chuck, install a nut seat on the slider and use a bolt for fine-tuning until it meets the operational requirements. After adjustment, perform a trial fit and clamp. The slider should move freely before it can enter the working state.

4. Do not modify collets at will; improper modifications can damage the collets, rendering them unusable.

5. Do not continue to hold the workpiece on the chuck if it's not used for a long time to prevent the chuck from deforming and affecting accuracy.

6. Perform 2-3 cleaning sessions for the activity parts weekly, carry out maintenance on the collet every 60 days, and inspect the wear of the components; replace parts as necessary.

7. When connecting the electrical control section, pay attention to the solenoid coil voltage and connect to a power source with the appropriate voltage to avoid damaging the electrical equipment.

1. Under the condition of adhering to the rules for product transportation, storage, installation, adjustment, maintenance, and use, if the product fails to operate normally due to manufacturing defects or is damaged upon unpacking due to poor packaging quality, or if there are discrepancies between the accessories and the packing list, or shortages of parts, please contact our Quality Department within one month from the date of receipt. When sending the information, please specify the model, specifications, serial number, and manufacturing date of the product.

2. Products should be installed and used within an environment of 0℃ to 40℃.

3. Users must strictly follow the instructions in the manual for product installation and use. If you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please contact our Quality Department.

Safety Usage Requirements:

1. The storage area for collets should implement effective measures against rain and humidity, and ensure good ventilation.

2. Packaging must not be stacked; regular inspections of packaging condition are required.

3. Read the installation instructions thoroughly before proceeding to the installation program.

4. Do not press the clamping or releasing button while the chuck is in operation; install a protective guard if necessary.

5. Turn off the power and gas supply when installing or removing the collet.

6. The chuck shall not exceed the specified maximum speed during operation.

7. Unauthorized dismantling of the main components of the chuck is prohibited for non-professionals.
