Product Introduction

This product is specifically designed for laser tube cutting machines. It can function as an independent rotating main shaft, allowing for quick clamping and release actions through side rotation. The operation is only possible after the air source is disconnected. Once the base is securely mounted, simply install the matching motor and gear connection, and connect the compressed air source (0.25-0.9Mpa) to achieve clamping and rotation of the workpiece. Mainly used for clamping and rotating workpieces.

This product features direct cylinder output, offering high mechanical efficiency and minimal energy loss, with a strong and stable clamping force. As the cylinder directly clamps the workpiece, the cylinder's working stroke is the same as the chuck's, allowing for a wide clamping range. With direct cylinder output, the output force is linearly proportional to the air pressure, making software control easy to achieve.

The collet structure is simple, with a minimal number of components, light weight, low failure rate, stable performance, small rotational inertia, and low energy consumption. The collet's axial dimensions are small, resulting in lower costs for achieving zero waste material.

Instructions for Use

Usage Requirements:

1. Prior to daily operations, the operator must check that the clamping screw is securely fastened and that the air source pressure is normal. Please use clean and stable compressed air, maintaining the pressure within 0.4 to 0.9 MPa. A tube capable of withstanding pressure greater than 1.6 MPa must be selected and connected to the product. The tube should be kept away from heat sources and open flames to avoid any impact on usage and ensure safety.

2. During use, the collet should be oiled and lubricated on all sliding and friction surfaces, strictly follow the instructions at each oiling point for maintenance, regularly oil the oil tank inside the three-piece assembly, and control the rate of dripping.

3. When adjusting the clamping jaws or roller of the chuck, install a nut seat on the slider and use a bolt for fine-tuning until it meets the usage requirements. After adjustment, perform a trial clamping, and ensure the slider moves freely before it can enter the working state.

4. Do not modify collets arbitrarily; improper modifications can damage the collets and render them unusable.

5. Do not continue to hold the workpiece on the chuck when it is not in use for an extended period to prevent deformation of the chuck and affect precision.

6. Perform 2-3 cleaning sessions of the activity parts weekly, carry out maintenance on the collet every 60 days, and inspect the wear of components, replacing parts as necessary.

7. When connecting the electrical control part, pay attention to the solenoid coil voltage and connect to a power source with the appropriate voltage to avoid damaging the electrical equipment.

1. Under the condition of adhering to the rules for product transportation, storage, installation, adjustment, maintenance, and use, if the product fails to operate normally due to manufacturing defects or is damaged upon unpacking due to poor packaging quality, or if there are discrepancies between the accessories and the packing list, or shortages of parts, please contact our Quality Department within one month from the date of receipt. When sending the information, please include the product model, specifications, serial number, and manufacturing date.

2. The product should be installed and used in an environment with temperatures ranging from 0℃ to 40℃.

3. Installation and use of the product require users to strictly follow the instructions provided. Should you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please contact our Quality Department in writing.

Safety Usage Requirements:

1. The storage area for collets should implement effective rain and moisture protection measures, and ensure good ventilation.

2. Packaging must not be stacked; regular inspections of the packaging condition are required.

Read the installation instructions in detail before proceeding with the installation program.

4. Do not press the clamping or releasing button while the chuck is in operation; install a protective cover if necessary.

5. Turn off the power and gas supply when installing or removing the collet.

6. The chuck speed during operation must not exceed the specified maximum speed.

7. Unauthorized dismantling of the main components of the chuck is prohibited for non-professionals.

8. No open flame or heat sources are permitted near the气管 installation area.
