To prevent deformation of the cast iron plate during lifting, four identical length steel wire ropes should be used to simultaneously secure the four lifting holes on the cast iron plate, ensuring a stable hoisting of the plate onto the transportation vehicle.

2. The cast iron plate's support points have been properly padded and leveled, ensuring each point bears even force, resulting in a stable overall cast iron plate.

3. During the installation of the cast iron plate, properly and firmly pad the various support points with adjustment pads. A technician will then adjust the cast iron plate to the required precision.

When using cast iron plates, handle the mating parts gently. Avoid moving rough parts on the cast iron plate to prevent磕碰、划伤等 damage to the working surface.

To prevent overall deformation of the cast iron plate, after use, the workpiece should be removed from the cast iron plate to avoid prolonged pressure on the plate, which could cause deformation.

6. When not in use, clean the working surface of the cast iron plate promptly, then apply a layer of rust preventive oil and cover it with rust-proof paper. Secure the cast iron plate with its outer packaging to prevent accidental damage to the working surface during normal use.

Iron casting plates should be installed in a well-ventilated and dry environment, and kept away from heat sources, corrosive gases, and corrosive liquids.

Iron casting plates are subject to regular weekly inspections according to standards, with the inspection cycle ranging from 6 to 12 months depending on specific circumstances. Packaging: Available in two forms - iron plate packaging and wooden packaging. Platform surfaces are sealed with plastic film. This packaging is suitable for inland transportation of flat plates and includes protective measures such as shock resistance, rust prevention, and protection against rough handling to ensure safe delivery to the site.
