Overview:

The BQG-100 metallographic sample cutting machine is suitable for cutting general metallographic and petrographic sample materials. It uses the handle to leverage the main shaft's gravity for sample cutting, featuring high speed and strong cutting power. The double-sided fixture structure securely holds the sample. The work platform and other major components are made of stainless steel, ensuring a long service life and easy maintenance. The cutting chamber features a closed structure with a safety limit switch, a transparent acrylic window, and an internal LED lighting for observation during cutting. It also comes with a recirculating cooling system, resulting in a bright, flat surface on the cut samples without any burn marks, making it an ideal device for sample cutting.
