Overview:

The BZMP-2A automatic metallographic sample polishing machine is a grinding and polishing device controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. Its body is made of ABS material, formed in one piece, featuring a novel and aesthetically pleasing design, corrosion-resistant, and durable. The solid casted support base ensures precise rotational balance. The grinding disc has variable speed control and can switch rotation directions; the motor is a magnetic levitation motor, offering a long service life with low noise, powerful torque for strong power, and an efficient grinding and polishing experience. The spindle leak-proof design ensures the bearing is almost indestructible. Equipped with a cooling water pipe, it can adjust rotation direction for wet grinding. The grinding disc features a unique cast aluminum disc magnetic design for quick disk change. The surface of the grinding and polishing disc and pad is treated with Teflon, leaving no sandpaper residue. The grinding head is equipped with an electric locking device with a timing function for convenience and speed. The dual-disc design allows for automatic grinding on one side and manual operation on the other. After the sample is installed, pressing the start button automatically activates water, and the grinding disc begins to operate. After the grinding and polishing work is completed, the water automatically shuts off, and the grinding head automatically rises.
