Overview:

The BZQG3-120 automatic metallographic sample large cutting machine is a PLC-controlled metallographic sample cutting machine with stepper motors for feed motors. It features automatic precise control in X, Y, and Z directions. The ball screw in X and Y directions has been treated with low-temperature black chrome to enhance its rust resistance. The intelligent cutting can gradually adjust the feed amount according to the material hardness for the fastest cutting results. It also includes feed protection for safe and rapid cutting, with variable-frequency control of the cutting speed, offering high reliability and control capabilities.
