Overview:

The BZQG-60 automatic metallographic sample precision cutting machine is a microcontroller-driven cutting machine suitable for precise, deformation-free cutting of materials such as metals, electronic components, ceramics, crystals, hard alloys, rocks and minerals, concrete, organic materials, and biological materials (teeth, bones). Equipped with a 3KW magnetic levitation motor, it offers strong power and fast cutting, significantly enhancing cutting efficiency. The machine features a mechanical and electrical separation structure, with a reasonable design that effectively protects electrical safety and facilitates maintenance. The main spindle features automatic cutting in the Y-axis direction, with a manual control rod for the Y-axis, ensuring easy knife handling and high positioning accuracy. It has a wide speed adjustment range, strong cutting power, and can automatically return to its original position after cutting. The worktable is adjustable in the X-axis direction for precise control of cutting dimensions. The machine is controlled via a touch screen, displaying real-time cutting data. The cutting chamber is fully enclosed, equipped with a safety limit switch and a transparent protective cover for observation during cutting, and includes a recirculating cooling system. Suitable for cutting samples of various shapes and sizes, the cut samples have a bright, flat surface without burns, making it an ideal choice for automatic precision cutting.
