Overview:

The MXQ-2 metallographic sample mounting machine utilizes hand-cranked mechanical pressure and a spiral clamp for heating, ensuring fast heating speed and long lifespan of the heating clamp. It features a timer that automatically shuts off power after the set time, an internal fan for mechanical ventilation to rapidly cool internal parts for normal operation, and a cover made of PE material to prevent burns. The equipment's temperature and heating temperature are controlled by a digital temperature controller, offering stable and reliable performance, easy operation, and is an economical choice for sample mounting. (Limited to thermosetting materials such as phenolic powder, mica powder, etc.)
