Overview:

The BMP-2 metallographic sample grinder-polisher is a grinding and polishing machine controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, featuring independent control of two discs. The body is made of one-piece ABS material, boasting a novel and attractive appearance, corrosion resistance, and durability. A sturdy large support base ensures precise rotational balance. The grinding disc offers variable speed adjustment or four-speed settings, with reversible rotation. The magnetic levitation motor provides a long service life and low noise, along with strong torque for powerful power, offering an efficient grinding and polishing experience. The main shaft features a leak-proof design to ensure the bearing is almost indestructible. Equipped with a cooling water pipe for wet grinding with adjustable rotation direction. It also comes with a grinding disc bottom flushing function to prevent accumulation and sedimentation of grinding debris. The plastic disc serves as the grinding-polishing disc, with sandpaper secured using a tight ring. Back-adhesive polishing cloth is applied to the disc. Simply changing the sandpaper and polishing cloth allows for coarse, fine grinding, and polishing of various samples. The dual-head configuration enhances sample preparation efficiency, making it an ideal choice for metallographic sample preparation equipment.
