Overview:

The BMP-2B(C) Metallographic Sample Grinder/Polisher is a grinding and polishing machine controlled by a microcomputer, featuring a body made of one-piece ABS material, with a novel and aesthetically pleasing design, corrosion-resistant, and durable. It is equipped with a high-definition LCD touch screen for operation and display, making it easy to use and intuitive. The grinding wheel offers variable speed control and can switch rotation directions; the magnetic levitation motor ensures a long lifespan with low noise and strong torque for powerful performance, providing an efficient grinding and polishing experience. The main shaft has a leak-proof design, ensuring almost indestructible bearings; it comes with a cooling water pipe, allowing adjustable rotation for wet grinding. The grinding wheel is a large-scale cast aluminum disk with a unique magnetic design, supporting quick disk changes. The surfaces of the polishing and pad disks are treated with Teflon, leaving no residue from sandpaper or polishing cloth. The double-disc design allows simultaneous operation on both sides. Simply replacing the sandpaper and polishing cloth is all it takes to complete various sample processes such as coarse grinding, fine grinding, and polishing, making it an ideal choice for metallographic sample preparation equipment.
