It is equipped with a cooling water pipe, uses a plastic disc as the pre-polishing disc, and secures sandpaper on the disc with a tight ring. In the preparation process of metallographic samples, pre-polishing of the sample is an essential preliminary step before polishing. Only after rough, fine, and precise grinding can the sample undergo effective polishing.
