Overview:

The BZMP-1B(C) automatic metallographic sample polishing machine is a grinding and polishing device controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. Its body is made of one-piece ABS material, featuring a novel and aesthetic design, corrosion-resistant, and durable. It utilizes a high-definition LCD touch screen for operation and display, making it easy to use and intuitive. The sturdy casted support base ensures precise rotational balance. The grinding disc has variable speed control and can switch rotation directions. The grinding head supports both central pressure and single-point pneumatic modes, using imported proportional valves for stable pressure. The motor is a magnetic levitation motor, offering a long service life with low noise and strong torque for powerful power, providing an efficient grinding and polishing experience. The spindle leak-proof design ensures almost indestructible bearings. Equipped with a cooling water pipe, it can adjust rotation direction for wet grinding. The grinding disc features a large-scale cast aluminum disc with a unique magnetic design, supporting quick disk change. The surface of the grinding and polishing disc and pad is treated with Teflon, leaving no residue from sandpaper polishing cloth. The grinding head is equipped with an electric locking device with a timing function for convenience and speed. After the sample piece is installed, clicking the start button automatically activates water flow, and the grinding disc begins to operate. After the grinding and polishing work is completed, the water is automatically shut off, and the grinding head automatically rises. The machine's grinding system can effectively replace manual grinding and polishing processes, holding 6 samples at a time, significantly saving labor and improving grinding and polishing quality and sample preparation efficiency, making it an ideal choice for automatic metallographic sample preparation equipment.
