The BZMP-2B(C) automatic metallographic sample grinder-polisher is a grinding and polishing machine controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. Its body is made of ABS material, formed in one piece, featuring a novel and beautiful appearance, corrosion-resistant, and durable. It is equipped with a high-definition LCD touch screen for operation and display, making it easy to use and intuitive. The solid cast base design ensures precise rotational balance. The grinding disk offers variable speed adjustment and can switch rotation directions. The grinding head supports central pressure and single-point pneumatic modes, using imported proportional valves for stable pressure. The motor is a magnetic levitation motor, offering a long service life with low noise and strong torque for powerful power delivery, providing an efficient grinding and polishing experience. The spindle leak-proof design ensures almost damage-free bearings. It is equipped with a cooling water pipe, allowing adjustable rotation for wet grinding. The grinding disk features a unique magnetic design with a large-scale cast aluminum disk, supporting quick disk change. The surface of the grinding and polishing disk and pad is treated with Teflon, ensuring no sandpaper residue. The grinding head is equipped with an electric locking device with a timing function, offering convenience and speed. The dual-disk design allows for automatic grinding-polishing on one side and manual operation on the other.
