Daily Maintenance for Grinding Machines

Grinding machines require dedicated personnel for maintenance and operation, along with regular inspections to ensure the machines are in good condition.

Upon completion, all machinery parts, particularly sliding areas, should be wiped clean before oiling.

10. Vacuum canister, filter steel, please clean weekly.

If the suction is weak, please check if the vacuum tube is clogged with dust particles.

12. It is imperative to keep the vacuuming pipe clean, as failure to do so can lead to combustion.
