Experimental Content

1. Observation of the structure and working principle of hydraulic transmission components, as well as disassembly and assembly experiments

1) Measurement and analysis of mechanical components;

2) Study and analysis of the principle of hydraulic control systems.

2. Hydraulic Loader Demonstration and Control Experiment

1) After loading operation, the bucket is reversed by extending the arm cylinder, while the boom lift is elevated.

2) Unloading operation, bucket unloading (arm retracted, to turn the bucket), boom lowering.

3. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Electrical Control Experiment: Integrated Mechanical-Electrical-Hydraulic Control Experiment.


Performance and Features

1. The lab table is crafted from cold-rolled steel sheets (with electrostatic painting and anti-corrosion treatment) and features a desktop structure, integrating control and operation functions.

2. Electrical operation control is in a lower position, with the hydraulic station housed within the main cabinet of the hydraulic platform. The overall structure is compact, coordinated, and aesthetically pleasing, with strong practicality, suitable for experiments by 4-6 people.

3. Full metal structure scaled down to actual size for loading machinery; during experiments, the hydraulic system is activated to operate the machinery according to the experimental requirements.

4. The loading machinery is crafted to reflect the actual structure and scaled-down proportions, accurately depicting its mechanical working conditions. This allows students to gain a profound understanding of the structural and working principles of its various components through experimentation.

5. The experimental control employs both manual and automatic control methods.

6. The experimental components are fitted with pressure-resistant hoses, capable of reaching a pressure of 25 MPa.

7. Equipped with three-phase leakage protection, output voltage of 380V/220V, power supply will be cut off if the leakage current to ground exceeds 30mA; electrical control uses a 24V DC power supply and features overvoltage protection to prevent equipment damage due to incorrect operation.
