YD-D Type Electro-Hydraulic Proportional Servo Test Bench



Overview:
Hydraulic electro-hydraulic proportional servo control technology is a new type of hydraulic control technology that has developed with the advancement and application of hydraulic transmission technology. Its control accuracy and responsiveness are significantly higher than those of conventional hydraulic transmission, and it is widely used in modern industrial production. In the experimental teaching phase of hydraulic technology, the static and dynamic performance tests of the servo valve enable students to intuitively understand the performance and main parameters of the core components of the servo system. Our unit's designed and developed YD-D type electro-hydraulic servo test bench can meet the requirements of experimental teaching and scientific research and development in colleges and universities and vocational colleges. It can also add new experimental projects after being upgraded according to the actual needs on-site, featuring good scalability. This experiment is divided into two parts: one is the servo valve section, and the other is the loop experiment section.
Experimental Content:
Master basic experimental skills, further understand the applications of mechatronics technology and Computer-Aided Testing (CAT), enhancing students' testing skills and hands-on abilities. Gain insights into the static and dynamic characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valves, and master the experimental analysis methods for their performance testing. Understand the response characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder system (open-loop, closed-loop) under sine and step inputs, deepening understanding of feedback control.
Laboratory Bench Composition: The laboratory bench is composed of several parts including the experimental workbench, hydraulic pump station, common hydraulic components, electrical control unit, servo testing section, and data collection system.
(1) Laboratory Workbench
The laboratory workbench is composed of a metal plate main body and an aluminum material operating panel. It allows for convenient and flexible installation of hydraulic components and connection of experimental circuits.
(2) Hydraulic Pump Station
The system provides a dual-pump set with rated working pressure: 25Mpa, 7Mpa
