Experimental Content
1. Observation of the structural and working principles of hydraulic transmission components, as well as disassembly and assembly experiments

2. Hydraulic Excavator Demonstration and Control Experiment
1) Excavation operations, bucket and dipper arm working in combination for experimental tests.
2) Swing operation, boom lift while the platform rotates.
3) Unloading operation: bucket arm and bucket work simultaneously, with the ability to adjust the height of the large arm.
4) Return to the starting position for digging, with the platform, boom, and bucket arm coordinated.
3. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Electrical Control Experiment: Integrated Machine-Electric-Hydraulic Control Experiment.
1) PLC command programming, ladder diagram programming training
2) Learning and utilizing PLC programming software.
3) Communication between PLC and computers, online debugging;
4) Application of PLC in hydraulic transmission control and optimization of control schemes.
Performance and Features
1. The lab table is crafted from cold-rolled steel sheets (with electrostatic powder coating and anti-corrosion treatment), featuring a desktop structure integrated with control and operation functions.
2. Electrical operation control is in a lower position, with the hydraulic station housed within the main cabinet of the hydraulic platform. The overall structure is compact, coordinated, and aesthetically pleasing, with strong practicality, suitable for experiments by 4-6 people.
3. Full metal structures of excavating machinery scaled down to actual proportions, with the hydraulic system activated during experiments to operate the machinery according to the experimental requirements.
4. Excavation machinery is crafted according to the actual structure and scaled-down proportions, accurately reflecting its mechanical operating conditions. This allows students to gain a profound understanding of the structure and working principles of the various components during experiments.
5. Experimental control is implemented through both manual and automatic methods.
6. The experimental components use pressure-resistant hoses, capable of reaching a pressure of 25 MPa.
7. Equipped with three-phase leakage protection, output voltage of 380V/220V, power supply will be cut off immediately when the leakage current to ground exceeds 30mA. Electrical control uses a 24V DC power supply and features overvoltage protection to prevent equipment damage due to incorrect operation.
