Set the overcurrent relay current value and the timer relay time value according to the normal test current required for the sample and the voltage endurance time. 3. Plug in the power source, the green light illuminates, and turn the voltage regulator handle to the zero position. 4. Press the start button, one main circuit closes, and the voltage regulator is powered. Rotate the voltage regulator handle clockwise to increase the voltage. Pay close attention to the voltage gauge, and when it reaches the specified withstand voltage of the test item, press the timer button and monitor the condition of the test item. 5. When the pressure timing is up, the operation box automatically emits an alarm. At this point, immediately rotate the regulator handle counterclockwise to zero, press the stop button and the timing button. The red light goes out, and the green light comes on. The test is then complete. 6. In the process of boosting or pressure resistance, if overcurrent occurs due to short circuits, flashovers, or breakdowns, the overcurrent relay will trip and cut off the main circuit.
