I. Overview

2.Wiring and precautions:

1. Please connect and operate the instrument according to the instructions in this user manual.

2. The grounding terminal or the grounding wire should be connected to a reliable ground point as close as possible.

3. Please note that when wiring, do not reverse the high-voltage and low-voltage leads.

4. Please note that there are four test lines in yellow, green, red, and black, respectively corresponding to the transformer's high-voltage side.A, B, C, and O terminal connections, with yellow, green, red, and black test wires on the low-voltage side, corresponding to the transformer's a, b, c, and o terminals, respectively. Do not connect them incorrectly. For transformers without a neutral point, the corresponding black test wire can be left open. For measuring single-phase transformers, use the high-voltage side A, B, and low-voltage side a, b test clips.

5. Please enter the correct parameter settings before testing, the group number must match the transformer being tested. If uncertain, use the group analysis or automatic measurement function.

6. In the Test Menu"Standard Type" refers to standard Y/Y, Y/D, D/D, D/Y connection group transformers. The "Z-Type" refers to ZN/Y or ZN/D connection group transformers. The menu selection must match the transformer being tested.

7. If the rated ratio is not entered, the test results will only display the measured ratio, without showing the error.

8. The unit's phase analysis function displays winding connection methods and phase numbers on both high and low voltage sides. In cases of severe residual magnetism within the transformer, there may be errors in identifying the connection methods, but it does not affect the phase numbers, nor does it impact the measurement results of the transformer ratio and errors, or the functionality of the unit.
