1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions with the lifting equipment you purchase that occur during normal use, within one year from the date of delivery (as proof of use), you will receive our complimentary on-site repair service. All costs for any issues confirmed to be due to the product's inherent quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime warranty for maintenance

In cases of product quality issues caused by the buyer (or issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For any issues with the lifting products you purchased that occur during normal use, within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive complimentary on-site repair services provided by the designated repair location. This service is limited to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will send relevant personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please call the service hotline directly.
